- It must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and the original invoice.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-built PCs or special orders made to your specifications.
- Opened accessories.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we take full responsibility.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item and include clear photos showing the problem.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
